Job Description

Obsqura Zone is looking for a talented and creative Creative Designer to join our marketing and creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design and experience creating engaging visual content for social media, digital marketing campaigns, branding, and promotional activities.

The candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, up to date with current design trends, and capable of converting ideas and marketing requirements into visually appealing designs.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Visual Content

- Design social media posts, reel covers, carousels, banners, posters, brochures, flyers, and other marketing creatives.
- Create visually engaging designs for courses, events, campaigns, offers, and brand promotions.
- Develop creative concepts that align with the company's brand identity.
- Maintain consistency in typography, colours, layouts, and visual style.
- Create designs for both digital and print requirements.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

- Design creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Create visuals for paid advertising and marketing campaigns.
- Adapt designs according to different platform sizes and specifications.
- Repurpose existing creatives into different formats and sizes.
- Stay updated with current social media design trends and creative formats.
- Create and edit short-form videos and reels for social media using mobile editing applications.

Branding & Campaign Support

- Develop creative assets for marketing campaigns, course launches, events, and promotional activities.
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing and Content teams to understand campaign requirements.
- Convert marketing briefs and ideas into effective visual concepts.
- Contribute new and innovative ideas to improve audience engagement.

Collaboration & Execution

- Coordinate with Marketing, Content, Sales,



Technical, and Placement teams.
- Participate in creative brainstorming and campaign planning.
- Manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines.
- Incorporate feedback and make revisions while maintaining design quality.

Required Skills

- 1–2+ years of professional experience as a Creative Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, colour theory, and visual composition.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.
- Basic video editing skills using mobile editing applications.
- Ability to create and edit short-form videos and reels for social media.
- Experience creating social media creatives, advertisements, promotional materials, and branding assets.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and their design requirements.
- Knowledge of AI-powered design tools is an added advantage.
- Strong creativity and attention to detail.
- Good visual storytelling and conceptualisation skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Figma knowledge is an advantage.
- Experience in EdTech or digital marketing is an added advantage.
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media designs, branding, advertising creatives, and marketing campaigns.
- Experience working with digital marketing teams is preferred.
