Key Phases and Responsibilities

- Pre-Construction and Planning
- Conduct site evaluations, topographic surveys, and feasibility studies.
- Analyze soil samples and rock mechanics through geotechnical reviews to design secure foundations.
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create blueprints, technical drawings, and structural models.
- Estimate material quantities, labor costs, and project timelines.
- Obtain necessary permits and ensure compliance with local and national building codes and environmental regulations. Nova Formworks
- During Construction (Site Execution)
- Supervise contractors, construction crews, and trade workers on site.
- Verify that construction follows the exact specifications of the engineering plans.
- Conduct quality control and material testing (such as checking concrete strength and steel reinforcement placement).
- Resolve unexpected technical or logistical challenges that pop up during the build.
- Monitor daily safety standards to prevent accidents and protect workers.
- Coordinate communication between architects, clients, contractors, and public authorities.
