Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a relevant scientific or technical qualification is preferred.

7–12 years of experience in surgical products, medical devices, or healthcare sales.

At least 3–5 years of experience managing sales teams or multiple territories is preferred.

Experience managing Area Sales Managers and distributor networks will be an advantage.

Prior experience in hospital sales, institutional business, or government tenders is desirable.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
