Customer Reception: Greet showroom visitors, understand their needs, and guide them to suitable pre-owned vehicles.

Lead Management: Promptly handle incoming phone calls, online inquiries, and schedule test drives.

Follow-up & After-Sales: Maintain contact with potential buyers and support existing clients with vehicle documentation and after-sales service.

Issue Resolution: Address customer queries and concerns efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Data Maintenance: Maintain updated customer contact records and interaction logs.

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in Customer Service or Sales (Automotive background preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer proficiency.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
