About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented MBA in Business Analyst to help us make data-backed decisions and support business growth. You will analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and operational performance, and turn your findings into transparent recommendations that improve our strategy

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze sales, marketing, and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Build reports and conduct market research that support management decision-making
- Support pricing decisions, demand forecasting, and inventory planning
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve performance and track results
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, actionable way
- Create posters and marketing creatives using AI tools such as Claude, and support the marketing team with ready-to-use designs

Requirements

- Master's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory):



formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data cleaning
- Working knowledge of Power BI or Tableau (preferred)
- Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets
- Knowledge of basic prompting, with the ability to create posters and designs using Claude or other AI tools
- Understanding of marketing creatives (posters, social media creatives, banners, promotional content)

Good to Have

- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Prior internship or project experience in data analysis or business reporting
- Understanding of forecasting and inventory management concepts
