Job Summary

We are looking for a well-presented, polite, and customer-oriented Guest Relationship Executive to ensure a welcoming and qualified experience for guests, clients, and visitors. The candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing guest interactions, coordinating appointments, and maintaining excellent hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests, clients, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage visitor entry, appointments, and guest registration.
- Attend to guest queries and provide accurate information and assistance.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth guest visits and meetings.
- Handle incoming calls, direct inquiries, and transfer calls to the appropriate department.
- Manage refreshments and other hospitality arrangements for guests and visitors.
- Maintain visitor records, appointment schedules, and daily guest logs.
- Ensure the reception and guest waiting area remain clean, organized, and presentable.
- Handle guest feedback, requests, and concerns professionally.
- Follow up with the concerned teams to ensure timely resolution of guest requirements.




- Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies and hospitality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in guest relations, front office, reception, hospitality, customer service, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance, a pleasant personality, and a positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and email communication.
- Strong coordination, time-management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and interact confidently with guests and clients.
- Fluency in Hindi and English is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience in corporate offices, hotels, premium residential projects, real estate, or customer-facing roles will be preferred.
- Should be polite, presentable, proactive, and service-oriented.
- Must be comfortable interacting with senior management, clients, and business visitors.
- Should have a professional approach to handling guest requests and complaints.
