We are looking for a confident and well-spoken candidate to manage dealer communication, sales updates, and after-sales service follow-ups from our office.

Location: Chunabhatti, Bhopal
Experience: Fresher or Experienced
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Language: Hindi and English communication is a must
Work Mode: Work from Office | No Field Work

Key Responsibilities

- Call dealers regularly for sales updates and order status.
- Follow up on after-sales service updates and customer feedback.
- Maintain daily calling records and prepare reports.
- Update dealer information, sales and service records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with Sales and Service teams for pending queries.
- Maintain dealer databases and ensure timely follow-ups.

Required Skills

Excellent Hindi and English communication skills




Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations
Reporting and daily record maintenance
CRM software knowledge and data management
Telecalling, follow-up and dealer coordination
Data entry, organization and multitasking skills
Professional calling etiquette and a responsible attitude

Candidates with prior experience in telecalling, customer support, CRM or back-office coordination will be preferred. Freshers with positive communication and computer skills can also apply.
