About the Role
We are looking for a Creative Strategist who understands what makes people stop scrolling, engage with a brand and ultimately make a purchase.
You will work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop creative ideas for NewHair's ads, social media and campaigns.
What You'll Do
- Develop creative concepts and content strategies for NewHair.
- Create strong hooks, scripts and storytelling ideas for Reels and advertisements.
- Develop UGC, educational, product and problem-solution content.
- Research competitors and identify new content opportunities.
- Work with the video editor to turn ideas into high-quality content.
- Study ad performance and identify which creative angles are working.
- Create new variations of winning concepts.
- Plan the monthly content and creative calendar.
- Use AI tools to research,
brainstorm and speed up the creative process.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in content, creative strategy or digital marketing.
- Solid understanding of Instagram, Meta Ads and short-form content.
- Excellent understanding of hooks, storytelling and consumer psychology.
- Good copywriting and script-writing skills.
- Creative thinking with a strong understanding of business and marketing.
- Ability to work with data and improve content based on performance.
Experience with D2C, beauty, wellness or healthcare brands is a plus.

They should generate attention, leads and sales.
