Bhargava Musical Enterprises (bhargavas.co.in) is an established Mumbai name in Indian musical instruments, with a walk-in showroom in Khetwadi and a growing online business. We are also the official distributor of Paiste Gongs in India. Our customers include music dealers, retailers, schools, teachers, performing musicians and sound healers across the country.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Sales Closer who turns warm leads into confirmed orders. Our team and marketing bring in the enquiries: dealer calls, WhatsApp and website leads, showroom visitors, and teacher and institution leads. Your job is to close them, grow order sizes, and build repeat buyers.

What You'll Do

- Follow up on qualified leads from calls, WhatsApp, the website and the showroom, and convert them into orders
- Close wholesale deals with music dealers and retailers across India
- Sell to institutions, music schools, teachers and sound-healing practitioners, including high-value Paiste gong orders
- Negotiate pricing, quantities and payment terms within approved limits
- Handle objections, send quotations and follow through until payment is received
- Keep a clean pipeline and report weekly on leads, conversions and revenue
- Build long-term accounts that reorder

What We're Looking For

- 3+ years in a closing or senior sales role with a proven track record of hitting targets




- Experience in musical instruments, audio, or a similar retail or distribution business is a solid plus
- Confident on the phone, on WhatsApp and face to face
- Fluent in Hindi and English; Marathi or Gujarati is a bonus
- Comfortable with B2B negotiation and dealer relationships
- Organised and self-driven, and owns the number
- A genuine interest in music or Indian instruments will set you apart

Compensation

- Fixed salary: Rs. 30,000 per month
- Incentive: 1% of every sale you close, with no cap
- The sky is the limit. The more you close, the more you earn. Top performers can earn well above their fixed pay.

Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:30 am to 7:00 pm. Work location: in person, Khetwadi, Mumbai.
