SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding (RCM/ONB) Consultant

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding (RCM/ONB) Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of recruiting and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in talent acquisition, onboarding solutions, system integrations, and delivering seamless candidate and new-hire experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding solutions to meet business and compliance requirements.
- Manage recruiting workflows, job requisitions, application processes, offer management, and onboarding activities.
- Configure onboarding processes, forms, task assignments, and new-hire journey workflows.
- Support country-specific requirements, localization needs, and multilingual system configurations.
- Integrate external systems and services, including job boards, background verification providers, and third-party applications.
- Configure onboarding assignment groups and ensure smooth transitions from recruitment to onboarding.
- Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders to enhance candidate and employee experiences.
- Participate in system testing, issue resolution, documentation, and user training activities.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience





- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Onboarding (ONB) modules.
- Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle management, onboarding processes, and talent acquisition best practices.
- Experience configuring workflows, business rules, forms, and system integrations.
- Knowledge of multilingual and country-specific recruiting and onboarding requirements.
- Experience integrating third-party job boards, background screening solutions, and external HR systems.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and/or Onboarding certification.
- Experience working on global HR transformation or talent acquisition projects.
- Exposure to other SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules is an advantage.
