Job Description

We are hiring 60 Telecallers for a reputed Real Estate Company located at Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, including freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience, who have positive communication skills and are interested in building a career in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
- Explain real estate projects, property details, and available offers to potential clients.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule appointments and site visits for prospective buyers.
- Maintain customer records and update lead information.
- Coordinate with the sales team to support business development.




- Achieve assigned calling targets and lead-generation goals.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduation is mandatory.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience can apply.
- Good verbal communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools will be an advantage.
- Candidates should be enthusiastic, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
