​Job Description: AI Developer / GenAI Engineer ​Location: [Insert Location / Remote / Hybrid] Experience Level: [e.g., Mid to Senior Level, 2–5+ Years] Employment Type: Full time ​About the Role ​We are looking for a hands-on, forward-thinking AI Developer to join our technology and R&D; team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between advanced machine learning research and production-grade software applications. You will design, build, and scale intelligent systems, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and agentic workflows to drive real-world business impact. ​Key Responsibilities ​GenAI & Application Development: Design and build scalable applications powered by foundation models, custom RAG pipelines, and multi-agent systems. ​Model Integration & Optimization: Integrate pre-trained or fine-tuned open-source models (e.g., Llama, Mistral) and optimize them for low latency, high throughput, and cost-efficiency. ​API & Backend Integration: Develop robust RESTful APIs (using FastAPI/Flask) to seamlessly connect AI backends with front-end or enterprise systems. ​Data Management: Handle data ingestion, vector embeddings, and storage using up-to-date vector databases. ​Performance Monitoring: Track model accuracy, manage token consumption, and resolve hallucinations or deployment bottlenecks in production. ​Collaboration:
