Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and support billing, payments, reconciliations and other finance-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and customer collections.
- Prepare and process invoices, bills and payment vouchers.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Assist with GST-related documentation, TDS and other statutory compliance.
- Maintain records of expenses, receipts and payments.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and MIS statements.
- Coordinate with vendors,
customers and internal teams for finance-related matters.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial transactions.
- Support month-end closing and other accounting activities as required.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Graduate in Commerce, Accounting or a related field.
- Working knowledge of accounting principles and basic taxation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally.
- Familiarity with GST, TDS, invoicing and bank reconciliation.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and numerical accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
