The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their needs, recommending suitable products, handling billing operations, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for sales and customer service who can represent the Doodad brand professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, advantages, pricing, and available options.
- Drive showroom sales by effectively engaging with customers and promoting products.
- Handle billing, invoicing, cash transactions, and digital payments accurately.
- Maintain proper sales records, billing documents, and daily transaction reports.
- Ensure products are displayed neatly and the showroom is clean, organized,
and attractive.
- Check product availability and coordinate with the team regarding stock requirements.
- Handle customer queries professionally and assist with resolving complaints.
