About the Role

Royale Stores is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator & Social Media Executive to handle content creation, shooting, video editing and social media growth.

We're looking for someone who understands Instagram trends, can come up with fresh content ideas and enjoys creating engaging videos and posts that help grow our brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Content Shooting: Shoot Instagram Reels, product videos, promotional content, behind-the-scenes videos and product photography.
- Video Editing: Edit engaging short-form videos with suitable transitions, captions, music and effects.
- Graphic Design: Create Instagram posts, carousels, stories and promotional creatives.
- Content Ideation: Research trends and regularly suggest fresh, creative and relatable content ideas.
- Social Media Management: Plan, create and publish content across Instagram and other relevant social media platforms.
- Social Media Growth: Work towards increasing organic reach, engagement, followers and brand awareness for Royale Stores.
- Content Planning: Help maintain a consistent content calendar and ensure timely posting.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor content performance, identify what works and suggest improvements.

Required Skills





- Basic photography and videography skills.
- Knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software.
- Basic graphic designing skills using Canva, Photoshop or similar tools.
- Understanding of Instagram Reels, trends and content formats.
- Ability to generate creative content ideas independently.
- Basic knowledge of social media growth strategies.
- Good visual sense, creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple content tasks.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Additional Advantages

- Experience managing Instagram pages or creating content for brands.
- Understanding of Instagram insights and social media analytics.
- Comfortable appearing in front of the camera when required.
