Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Estimation & Billing Engineer to handle project estimation, quantity surveying, BOQ preparation, cost analysis, and client and subcontractor billing for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates from architectural and structural drawings.
- Prepare and review BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and rate analysis.
- Prepare and submit client RA bills (Running Account Bills) and final bills.
- Verify subcontractor bills, measurements, and work completion.
- Maintain Measurement Books (MB), quantity records, and billing documentation.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, consultants, and clients for measurements and billing approvals.
- Monitor project costs, material consumption, and budget variations.
- Prepare extra item statements, deviation statements, and variation claims.
- Reconcile quantities, materials,



and executed work against BOQ.
- Ensure timely submission and certification of bills.
- Maintain project documentation and prepare periodic cost and billing reports.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in estimation, quantity surveying, and billing.
- Solid knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis, RA bills, and quantity surveying.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of billing procedures, contract documentation, and construction drawings.
- Good coordination, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects.
- Knowledge of ERP or construction billing software.
- Understanding of tendering, budgeting, and cost control.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
