We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled Plant Operator – Toor Dal Mill who can independently operate and manage the complete Toor Dal (Arhar Dal) processing unit. The candidate must have robust hands-on experience with traditional dal milling machinery, modern automated systems, and SALTEX sorting/polishing machinery.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently operate and manage the complete Toor Dal milling and processing operations.
- Operate, monitor, and adjust traditional dal milling machinery and modern automated/PLC-based plant systems.
- Operate and adjust the SALTEX sorting/polishing machine to achieve the required product quality and processing efficiency.
- Monitor the complete processing cycle, including cleaning, dehusking, splitting, polishing, grading, and separation, as applicable to the plant setup.
- Maintain product quality, grading standards, recovery/yield percentage, and production efficiency.
- Minimize product wastage and processing losses while achieving daily production targets.
- Identify operational faults, troubleshoot machinery issues, and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
- Perform routine machine inspections and preventive maintenance.




- Maintain daily production records, machine performance data, recovery reports, and wastage records.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety, machine operating procedures, and cleanliness standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Toor Dal (Arhar Dal) mill operations is mandatory.
- Thorough practical knowledge of the complete Toor Dal processing cycle and machinery.
- Previous hands-on experience with SALTEX sorting/polishing machinery is essential.
- Working knowledge of both conventional dal milling equipment and modern automated/PLC-based systems.
- Ability to independently operate the plant, troubleshoot routine technical issues, and manage production activities.
- Knowledge of production planning, quality control, recovery/yield optimization, and wastage reduction.
- ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
