Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering, EPC/PMC projects, and corporate requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, coordination, and candidate management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from understanding job requirements to candidate onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, databases, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and project teams.
- Handle recruitment for engineering, Oil & Gas, EPC/PMC, and other project-related positions.
- Discuss salary expectations, notice periods, availability, and relocation preferences with candidates.




- Negotiate compensation within approved salary budgets and coordinate offer releases.
- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure timely joining and reduce offer dropouts.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate databases, daily progress reports, and hiring trackers.
- Ensure timely closure of positions within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
- Coordinate pre-employment documentation, background verification, medical examinations, and joining formalities as required.
- Maintain effective communication with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment MIS.
- Experience in engineering, infrastructure, EPC/PMC, or Oil & Gas recruitment will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
