Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, purchase, accounts, and other company positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, WorkIndia, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with management and follow up with candidates until joining.
- Handle job postings, candidate databases, and recruitment reports.
- Develop new candidate-sourcing strategies to meet hiring targets.
- Coordinate offer letters, joining formalities,
and pre-joining follow-ups.
- Maintain recruitment records and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferred.
- Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
- Hands-on experience with job portals and candidate sourcing.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of HR documentation and joining formalities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other basic computer applications.
