We are seeking a skilled New Product Development Engineer with experience in developing precision-engineered products, assemblies, and sub-assemblies involving CNC machining, turning, milling, and pressing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new engineering products from concept to production stage.

Prepare CAD models, drawings, and technical documentation.

Coordinate with production and quality teams for prototype development.

Optimize manufacturing processes for precision components.

Conduct product trials and validation activities.

Ensure adherence to customer specifications and quality standards.

Support continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.

Required Skills

Robust CAD knowledge (AutoCAD/SolidWorks/CATIA or similar).

Understanding of CNC turning, milling, and pressing operations.

Ability to interpret technical drawings and GD&T.;

Problem-solving and project coordination skills.

Knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes.

Qualification & Experience

Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering

Minimum 3 years of experience in new product development of precision engineering products.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹47,000.00 per month
