Job Description

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. The candidate will be responsible for promoting our brand, increasing online visibility, generating leads, and attracting artists, photographers, event organisers, and potential clients to our art gallery and exhibition space.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and lead generation, along with a willingness to take initiative and contribute recent marketing ideas.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Manage the company's Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant social media platforms.
- Create engaging social media posts, reels, stories, captions, and promotional content.
- Design marketing creatives using Canva or similar tools.
- Plan, execute, and monitor Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Research and reach out to artists, photographers, art galleries, event organisers, colleges, and potential clients.
- Generate leads and develop opportunities for exhibitions, workshops, collaborations, and events.
- Work on SEO, website optimisation, and online visibility.




- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new growth opportunities.
- Monitor social media engagement, campaign performance, website traffic, and lead generation.
- Prepare regular marketing reports and suggest improvements based on results.
- Coordinate with the team to support upcoming exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.

Requirements

- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media marketing.
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and content creation.
- Experience with Canva or other graphic design tools.
- Understanding of Meta Ads, SEO, keyword research, and lead generation.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong research, organisational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- A creative mindset and willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Previous experience or a portfolio of relevant projects will be an advantage.
