We are looking for an Area Head to lead our Agency - Business Partner team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building strategic partnerships, and delivering high-quality services to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in a similar role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The Area Head will be expected to lead by example, foster a culture of innovation and excellence, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
What does the job entail?
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders across the agency, including internal teams and external partners
- Collaborate with the agency team to identify and prioritize business opportunities, and drive revenue growth
- Provide strategic guidance and support to the agency team to achieve business objectives
- Identify and mitigate risks, and develop mitigation strategies
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity, and provide insights to inform business decisions
- Develop and implement business plans, strategies, and initiatives to drive growth and improvement
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
