Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Trainee in Sales within the Ed-Tech domain. The role involves identifying and nurturing prospective learners and parents through outbound and inbound lead generation activities, including calls, emails, and digital outreach.



The trainee will conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and regional trends, and will support sales campaigns tailored to different markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with potential customers, explaining Bhanzu’s programs, handling queries, and guiding prospects through the enrollment process. The role also includes maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, collaborating with sales and marketing teams, and contributing to performance reports and continuous process improvements.
