About the Role:We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Executive with 0–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development. The role will focus on identifying potential clients, generating and qualifying leads, conducting market research, and supporting the sales team in building business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in B2B sales and IT services.

Key Responsibilities:• Identify and research potential B2B clients for IT Services and IT Staff Augmentation solutions.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, cold calling, email campaigns, and other outreach channels.
• Assist in managing the end-to-end lead generation process, including prospecting, outreach, follow-ups, and meeting scheduling.
• Identify and qualify potential business opportunities based on client requirements.
• Conduct market research to identify target industries,



potential clients, and recent business opportunities.
• Connect with prospective clients to understand their business needs and introduce relevant services.
• Schedule meetings with qualified prospects for the Sales/Business Development team.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and nurture leads to build strong client relationships.
• Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and other business development materials.
• Maintain and update lead information, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Track lead generation activities, outreach performance, and meeting conversions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand service offerings and client requirements.
• Stay updated on IT services, technology trends, and market developments.
