Role Description The Sales Executive role at Dinamoo.lit is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The person in this role will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage a pipeline of leads, and build long-term relationships with customers in the LED lighting and pole segments. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, presenting product solutions, preparing and negotiating quotes, and following up to close deals.



The Sales Executive will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate proposals, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction, while tracking sales performance and reporting results to management. This role also involves staying informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to support strategic growth.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in lighting, electrical, construction, or related industries.
• Robust skills in lead generation, client relationship management, and deal negotiation.
• Ability to understand technical product features and translate them into customer-focused solutions.
• Good communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
• Comfort with on-site client visits, field work, and regular travel within the region.
• Experience using CRM tools, MS Office, and basic sales reporting dashboards.
