Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Gwalior for a Hiring HR Recruiter / BDE / Telecaller / Counselor. The role involves sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews,



and supporting end-to-end recruitment and staffing activities. Daily responsibilities include conducting telephonic and in-person discussions with candidates and clients, explaining job roles and training programs, and maintaining accurate records in recruitment and CRM tools. The position also requires engaging with corporate partners and educational institutions, supporting business development outreach, and counseling candidates on career paths and skill development opportunities. The team member will collaborate closely with HR, training, and business development functions to meet hiring targets and ensure a positive experience for candidates and clients.
