Strategic CSR & Affirmative Action Planning & Execution
· Define, design, and manage the portfolio of CSR and Affirmative Action programmes for Titan Company Limited in line with the CSR / AA policy and the Companies Act.
· Identify relevant implementation partners, design programmes, and manage end-to-end execution with CSR teams and project verticals.
· Lead discussions and obtain sign-offs for annual action plans and major interventions with the Chief Sustainability Officer, Managing Director, and Board CSR Committee.

Governance, Compliance & Impact Measurement
· Ensure all programme-governance requirements—including partner agreements, monitoring and evaluation (M&E;), partner relations, MIS, and annual declarations—are completed in a timely manner.
· Establish effective project-management systems, partner reviews, and impact-assessment processes across the CSR and Affirmative Action portfolio.
· Provide periodic updates to leadership and the Board CSR Committee on implementation progress, beneficiary impact, compliance, and utilisation.

Partnerships & Multiplier Effect




· Explore and strengthen collaborations with government programmes, Tata Group entities, reputed institutions, NGOs, educational institutions, and other agencies.
· Forge strategic partnerships, including with government agencies such as NITI Aayog and relevant institutions, to extend programme reach and leverage co-funding.
· Build trusted relationships with beneficiary communities, field stakeholders, third-party auditors, impact-assessment agencies, and CSR consultants.
Cross-Functional Integration & Stakeholder Collaboration
· Work closely with regional teams, Internal Audit, Compliance, Finance, Legal, Administration, Procurement, factory teams, and other internal stakeholders.
