Company Description The Frame is a four-floor dining destination in the Lodhi Art District that blends food, art, and storytelling into a unified experience. Each level offers a distinct atmosphere, design, and culinary narrative, reflecting different stages in an artist’s journey. Guests move from raw, instinctive concepts to more refined, curated expressions as they explore the space. The Frame is designed not only as a place to dine, but as a venue to evoke emotion and connection through immersive environments.

Role Overview
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, spirits, and other menu offerings, in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.
• Deliver a refined beverage experience that complements The Frame’s distinctive dining concept.
• Engage with guests professionally, provide beverage recommendations, and address queries regarding the menu.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and readiness of the bar area, equipment, and service stations.
• Manage bar inventory, monitor stock levels,



and ensure timely replenishment of beverages and supplies.
• Handle orders, cash transactions, and POS operations accurately.
• Adhere to established hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol-service standards.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless service across the restaurant’s multiple floors.
• Maintain consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and service delivery.
• Contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere and a memorable guest experience at The Frame.

Who We’re Looking For
• 1–3 years of relevant experience as a Bartender in a premium restaurant, fine-dining establishment, or upscale bar.
• Robust knowledge of spirits, wines, liqueurs, and other alcoholic beverages, including their characteristics and serving techniques.
• Practical expertise in cocktail preparation, classic cocktails, basic mixology, and beverage presentation.
• Ability to manage bar set
