About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive, creative, and enthusiastic Influencer Marketing & Business Development Intern to work directly alongside our Business Development Executive. In this role, you will be actively involved in discovering creators, assisting in brand pitches, managing creator relations, and helping execute end-to-end influencer campaigns.

Key Responsibilities• Creator Discovery & Outreach: Identify, evaluate, and connect with relevant content creators and influencers across Instagram and YouTube for various brand campaigns.
• BD Support: Assist the Business Development Executive in preparing campaign pitch decks, proposal documents, and client presentations.
• Commercials & Negotiation: Coordinate with influencers/agencies to gather pricing, deliverables, and rate cards.
• Campaign Coordination: Track deliverables, deadlines, and campaign performance to ensure smooth execution.
• Basic Visual & Content Support:



Assist in crafting clean pitch visuals, campaign mockups, or basic creative assets when required.

Candidate Requirements• Educational Background: Preference will be given to candidates pursuing or holding a degree/diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Mass Communication, or Media Studies.
• Software & Design Skills: Must have practical working knowledge of basic design tools and presentation software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, MS PowerPoint/Google Slides, and MS Excel/Google Sheets).
• Social Media Savvy: Deep understanding of Instagram reels, YouTube algorithms, influencer landscape, and current viral trends.
• Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills for professional creator outreach and team coordination.
• Mindset: Eager to learn, detail-oriented, self-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
