Key Responsibilities

• Connect with inbound leads of doctors, clinics, nursing homes, and hospitals through phone calls, email, and WhatsApp.
• Understand customer requirements and existing healthcare workflows to identify suitable software solutions.
• Schedule and conduct online product demonstrations using video conferencing tools.
• Explain Doctors App features and demonstrate relevant modules based on customer requirements.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead qualification and product demo to follow-ups, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Handle customer objections, answer basic product-related queries, and communicate the business advantages of EMR/HMIS software.




• Follow up consistently with prospects to convert interested leads into paying customers.
• Maintain accurate lead details, demo schedules, follow-up records, and sales pipeline updates in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams for pricing approvals, customer onboarding, and implementation handover.
• Achieve monthly targets for online demos, lead conversion, and sales revenue.
