We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive new customer acquisition, develop corporate relationships and expand our business across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities• Identify, approach and acquire new B2B customers across corporate offices, manufacturing units, industrial companies, hotels, hospitals, educational institutions and other organisations.
• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, referrals and direct client visits.
• Build relationships with procurement managers,



purchase heads, administration teams and facility managers.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to prepare competitive quotations and commercial proposals.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and meetings to negotiations, purchase orders and initial order fulfilment.
• Follow up on quotations, enquiries and pending purchase orders to maximise conversion rates.
• Identify recurring procurement opportunities and develop long-term business relationships.
• Maintain an organised sales pipeline, customer database and regular sales reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal operations teams to support timely and reliable fulfilment.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for new customers, sales growth and gross profit.
