Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Surat for a Personal Assistant to the Director. The Personal Assistant will manage the Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, coordinate travel and logistics, and handle day-to-day office administration. The role involves preparing reports, presentations, and documentation, maintaining records, and following up on action items and deadlines. The Personal Assistant will assist with communication,



including drafting emails, handling phone calls, and liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders. The position also includes organizing meetings, preparing minutes, supporting confidential tasks, and ensuring the Director’s office operates efficiently.

• Candidates should possess strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
