Role OverviewWe are seeking an exceptional, data-driven Performance & Growth Marketing Lead to own, architect, and scale multi-channel acquisition funnels and organic discovery engines across our global client portfolio (spanning D2C, B2B, E-Commerce, and SaaS sectors).

In this leadership role, you will bridge the gap between high-velocity paid performance media, up-to-date CRM/lifecycle automation, and Next-Gen search systems. You will work closely with client founders, CEOs, and executive boards to translate aggressive business goals into predictable, multi-million-dollar revenue funnels.

Key ResponsibilitiesCross-Border Performance & Paid Acquisition• Architect, launch, and scale paid acquisition campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube), LinkedIn, and emerging performance networks for US, UK, and cross-border accounts.
• Own end-to-end unit economics: CAC, blended ROAS, LTV:CAC ratios, payb
