We’re Hiring | Social Media Manager

RUN AI INTELLIGENCE is looking for an organised, creative and proactive Social Media Manager to manage social media accounts across our client portfolio.
You will oversee daily platform activity, engage with audiences, identify relevant trends and work closely with our creative team to deliver consistent, engaging content. You will also build relationships with creators, channels and pages for collaborations and paid promotional opportunities.

Location & Working Arrangements
• Office: Crowne Heights, Rohini, Sector 10, New Delhi.
• Schedule: Six working days a week — Monday to Friday from the office and Saturdays from home.
• Compensation: Market-competitive salary based on skills and experience.
• Laptop: Having your own laptop is mandatory.
• Availability: You must be able to commute to and work from our Rohini office regularly.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage multiple client accounts: Oversee Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms. Keep profiles updated and maintain each brand’s identity,



tone and content calendar.
• Plan and publish content: Schedule and upload approved posts, reels, stories and videos. Check captions, tags, links, creative quality and publishing times while following client approval processes.
• Engage with audiences: Respond to comments, direct messages, mentions and reviews professionally in each brand’s voice. Escalate complaints, sensitive matters and business enquiries to the appropriate team.
• Identify trends and content opportunities: Monitor social media trends, emerging formats, audience conversations and competitor activity. Recommend relevant ideas suited to each client’s goals.
• Work with the creative team: Coordinate with writers, designers, video editors and account managers. Share clear briefs, references and audience insights, manage feedback and keep content delivery on schedule.
• Develop collaborations: Identify and approach suitable creators, influencers, channels
