Role Description The Life Insurance Team Leader is a full-time, in office role based in Delhi, India.



This role is responsible for leading and mentoring a team of life insurance advisors or sales representatives, setting targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to compliance and quality standards. Daily activities include guiding the team on product offerings, overseeing client onboarding, reviewing proposals, and supporting the closure of sales opportunities. The Team Leader will collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize processes, provide regular training and coaching, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and policy retention. The role also involves reporting key metrics, forecasting sales, and contributing to strategic initiatives that drive growth in the life insurance portfolio.
