We're looking for a agile and empathetic People & Culture Executive to join our growing team in Udaipur, India. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in shaping our organizational culture, supporting employee well-being, and driving people-focused initiatives that align with our strategic goals.

• Prepare, maintain, and organize comprehensive personnel files, leave records, and medical documentation in compliance with Indian labor laws and organizational policies
• Coordinate and facilitate seamless onboarding and training programs for new employees, ensuring a welcoming and positive first experience
• Manage accurate and timely execution of payroll, timekeeping, and attendance management processes with meticulous attention to detail
