This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Architect, Cloud Site Reliability (SRE) based in India.

The Architect, Cloud Site Reliability (SRE) will lead the design and evolution of resilient, secure, high-performance cloud infrastructure supporting mission-critical SaaS applications. This senior technical leadership role focuses primarily on Microsoft Azure while leveraging AWS and Google Cloud Platform to deliver scalable, reliable, and cost-efficient solutions. You will guide complex cloud initiatives from proof of concept through production deployment, ensuring strong operational practices and seamless execution across engineering, security, and SRE teams. The role emphasizes Kubernetes and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), automation, observability, disaster recovery, and proactive incident prevention. You will also drive cloud security, data protection, performance optimization, and FinOps initiatives. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will help strengthen platform reliability,

Accountabilities

Architect and lead large-scale cloud infrastructure initiatives that improve scalability, performance, availability, reliability, security, and cost efficiency across Azure, AWS, and GCP.

Own end-to-end project delivery, from technical evaluation and proof of concept to architecture, implementation, production rollout, and operational handover.

Lead technical execution across complex projects, managing scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and collaboration among Product Engineering, SRE, Security, and other stakeholders.

Provide technical leadership for mission-critical, 24/7 multi-cloud environments, maintaining operational stability, resilience, and continuous service improvement.
