• IATF16949 & Customer specific requirements. Completion of at least 2 projects (level 2 category) achieving their objectives
• Team playing, leadership, communication skills and rigor. Ability to federate teams, define and actively lead a cross departmental plan to achieve results.
• Skilled proficiency in German, French or Italian is a plus.
Missions
• Main Missions:
• Support the Program Managers to deliver the project (OP and Customer) objectives and deliverables.
• Responsible for the project profitability calculation.
• Steers the complete development budget and cash flow for the entire project.
• Supports a non-event launch of the project into production
• Defines the business cases for the project and all scope changes
• Manages the traceability, the KPIs, and the reporting
• Promote EHS, quality and data requirements internally
• KPI and/or main deliverables
• Integrate and follow project objectives (EHS, Development Result, Hours, NPV, Gross / Material Margins, cash at SOP, project plan achievement, Launch Readiness, customer approval timing and IS tools completion)
• Project Definition
• Supports Project plan and checks total development budget is in accordance with the agreed Customer Statement of Work and validated project scope.
• Supports the core team member’s OPTIMAP
