As a Senior Fullstack Engineer focused on Growth, you will lead the frontend architecture and technical direction of the self-service onboarding experience, helping merchants move from account creation to their first live payment. You will play a key role in shaping a newly established product area, with significant autonomy over technical decisions and engineering standards. Working closely with Design and Product, you will turn complex requirements into intuitive, high-quality user experiences. Accountabilities:
In this role, you will take ownership of the frontend experience and help shape the technical foundations of the Growth team while collaborating across disciplines to deliver effective onboarding solutions.

Lead frontend architecture and technical direction for the self-service onboarding journey and platform experience.

Spend approximately 80% of your hands-on development time on frontend engineering and 20% on backend development, adapting as priorities evolve.

Collaborate closely with Design to take onboarding and platform concepts from initial ideas through production, ensuring a smooth and intuitive merchant experience.

Mentor engineers and support the development of frontend skills, engineering judgment, and code quality across the team.
