• Own overall equipment performance, reliability, and availability for MOL production lines.
• Lead troubleshooting and recovery activities for equipment and automation-related issues.
• Analyze downtime trends and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Improve equipment OEE, MTBF, and MTTR performance.
• Support and optimize changeover and preventive maintenance programs.
• Lead root cause analysis using structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Support production startup, changeovers, and first-board qualifications.
• Drive TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Process, Manufacturing, Quality, Automation, and Maintenance teams.
• Support recent product introduction (NPI), engineering builds, and qualification activities.




• Evaluate and implement equipment modifications and upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with safety, ESD, and manufacturing standards.
• Provide technical coaching and training to equipment technicians.
• Engage vendors for technical problem resolution and continuous improvement activities.

Demonstrate proficiency in AI-enabled ways of working by leveraging AI-assisted tools, data analytics, and digital technologies to improve equipment reliability, troubleshooting effectiveness, maintenance efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
