Monolithisch India Limited, an SME-listed company, is looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to manage our accounts function, supervise the team, and ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

? Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand
? Experience: 1-3 years post-qualification

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage day-to-day financial and accounting activities
✅ Manage the accounts team, allocate tasks and oversee their work for accuracy and timely completion
✅ Ensure timely compliance with TDS, GST and Income Tax (computation, returns and filings)
✅ Prepare monthly MIS and other reports as required by management
✅ Draft quarterly and half-yearly financial statements, in line with the requirements of a listed entity
✅ Coordinate with auditors, consultants and banks




✅ Handle other finance and accounts-related responsibilities as assigned

What We’re Looking For:
? Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI member)
? 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounts, taxation or audit
? Sound knowledge of accounting standards, direct and indirect taxation
? Exposure to financial reporting; listed company or SEBI (LODR) compliance experience is an advantage
? Ability to supervise and guide an accounts team
? Proficiency in Tally/ERP, Zoho and MS Excel
? Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and ability to meet deadlines
