• Ensure completeness and accuracy of the Fixed Asset sub‑ledger, including timely capitalization and asset retirements.
• Execute month‑end close activities related to fixed assets, including Journal entries, account reconciliations, Depreciation and amortization posting and variance explanations.
• Support compliance of fixed asset schedules in line with US GAAP and local GAAP (i‑GAAP) requirements.
• Perform Record‑to‑Report (R2R) activities such as accruals, amortization, and balance sheet substantiation.
• Prepare qualitative variance analysis for monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L; and Balance Sheet movements related to fixed assets.
• Assist in preparation of MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations for internal reviews.
• Ensure adherence to SOX controls, internal policies, and statutory guidelines, and maintain proper documentation.
• Coordinate with global finance teams and stakeholders to resolve accounting queries and support reviews.
• Work on ERP systems (Oracle / Oracle Fusion) for transaction processing, accounting, and reporting.
