We are looking for a Partner Engagement Associate who can play a critical role in fostering robust partnerships with Universities and International Students and maximizing the value derived from those relationships. They act as a trusted advisor, advocate, and strategic partner for the company's partners, working towards mutual success and sustained business growth.

Job Description:



The responsibilities of a Partner Engagement Associate encompass the development and nurturing of strong relationships with strategic partners, namely client universities in the UK, Germany, Austria, and Australia. This role involves serving as the primary point of contact, guiding partner universities through the onboarding process, and ensuring continuous support and communication to understand their needs and deliver the best services, all while building long-lasting relationships. Additionally, the role entails maintaining regular communication with international students (platform users) to comprehend their needs and coordinate with the team to implement solutions. Job responsibilities also include overseeing the Campus Ambassador Program. The Partner Engagement Analyst will work closely with the Partner Engagement Manager.
