Project Coordinator – Solar EPC

Experience: 9–14 Years
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech. / Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
Industry: Solar EPC – Preferred
Salary Budget: Up to ₹1,00,000 net per month
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days maximum
Languages: Tamil, English & Hindi
Project Tools: MS Project (MSP) or Primavera P6

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and plan solar EPC projects from initiation to completion.
• Prepare project schedules, monitor timelines, and track milestones.
• Allocate manpower, equipment, and other project resources.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and resource utilization.
• Track project progress and prepare regular MIS reports and updates.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, site execution, and project management teams.




• Identify project delays and support timely resolution of execution issues.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed within the agreed timelines and budget.

Candidate Requirements
• 9–14 years of relevant project coordination or project planning experience.
• Solar EPC industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of MS Project or Primavera P6 is mandatory.
• Robust skills in scheduling, progress monitoring, resource allocation, and cost control.
• Must be proficient in Tamil, English, and Hindi.
• Candidates must be available to join within 30 days.
• Salary expectation must be within ₹1 lakh net per month.
