Augmintech is looking for sales professionals who can understand learner needs, counsel prospective students, and convert enquiries into enrolments.

Open Positions & Annual Salary
• Business Development Associate (BDA) / Senior Business Development Associate (SBDA): ₹2–6 LPA
• Business Development Manager (BDM): ₹5–10 LPA
Compensation will depend on experience, skills, and interview performance.

Work Location
Currently work from home.

Augmintech plans to open its Noida branch office after March 2027. Once the office opens, the company may require a permanent transition to working from the Noida office. Applicants must be willing to relocate or commute to Noida when required. This is not a permanently remote position.

Key Responsibilities
• Counsel prospective students over calls, video meetings, and WhatsApp to understand their career goals and training needs.
• Explain relevant courses, curriculum, learning outcomes, fees,



and enrolment processes clearly.
• Manage assigned leads, follow up consistently, and convert enquiries into paid enrolments.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales, revenue, and enrolment targets.
• Handle objections professionally and guide learners towards suitable programs without making misleading promises.
• Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up notes, and sales updates in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams for a smooth enrolment and onboarding experience.

Additional Responsibilities for BDM
• Lead, coach, and monitor the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Review pipelines, follow-up quality, conversion rates, and revenue performance.
• Conduct sales reviews, support challenging counselling conversations, and improve team productivity.
• Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports for management.
