Role
As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact between Darpana Growth and potential clients.

Your primary responsibility is to identify relevant businesses, connect with business owners and decision-makers, understand their growth challenges, and schedule qualified meetings for our sales team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys conversations, is curious about businesses, and is willing to learn through practice.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Identify potential businesses that could benefit from professional marketing support.
- Business Research:



Spend time understanding a prospect’s business before reaching out.
- Outbound Calling: Connect with business owners, founders, CEOs, and marketing heads through calls and other approved channels.
- Lead Qualification: Ask relevant questions to understand business needs, challenges, and interest in marketing support.
- Meeting Generation: Schedule qualified meetings with the relevant decision-makers.
- Follow-ups: Follow up professionally with interested prospects and maintain consistent communication.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, follow-ups, and meeting schedules.
- Continuous Improvement: Learn sales scripts, handle objections, review performance, and improve communication skills.
