Role Description The Call Center Specialist will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide accurate information about Tatva Developers’ projects and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include resolving customer issues, documenting interactions in internal systems, updating customer records, and escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when needed.



The role also involves coordinating with sales and project teams, following call scripts and service guidelines, and maintaining a professional, courteous demeanor in all interactions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, requiring consistent availability during assigned shifts and adherence to company policies and service standards.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills, with a focus on empathy and problem resolution.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, including active listening and fluent spoken and written English.
