About the role
This is a hands-on execution role, not a supervisory one. You will do the work across production, posting, design, and operations, so the founder can stay focused on creative and strategy. Understanding of Finance is a must.

If something needs to get done to move a video from idea to published, you either do it yourself or make sure it happens.

Who we are
We are a fast-growing finance content business creating videos on personal finance, investing, and money for a large audience across Instagram and YouTube. We are now expanding into YouTube long-form, and this role will help build that system from the ground up.

What you will do

Production

- Handle all shoot logistics: scheduling, location setup, equipment, props, and coordination on shoot days

- Plan YouTube long-form shoots, including B-roll lists and shot plans

- Support research and scripting for finance content when needed

Editing and quality

- Take daily updates from the editor and track edit timelines

- Review edits, give clear feedback, and make sure final videos match our quality and brand standards

Packaging and publishing

- Suggest thumbnail text and video titles for YouTube and Instagram

- Design carousel graphics and simple creatives (Canva or similar)

- Upload and schedule content across platforms, with captions, descriptions, and hashtags

- Follow publishing checklists so every post goes out complete and on time

Operations





- Keep the content pipeline running on schedule, every day

- Coordinate with the editor, designer, scriptwriter, and external partners

- Maintain content calendars, trackers, and simple systems in Notion or Google Sheets

What success looks like
Within 30 days, you will run shoots, edits, design, and publishing independently, with minimal involvement from the founder.

Who you are

- 1 to 3 years of experience in content production, social media, or a similar role

- A doer who takes tasks to completion instead of passing them on

- Organized enough to juggle shoots, edits, and posts without dropping details

- Comfortable giving feedback on video edits and spotting quality issues

- Basic design skills in Canva or similar tools

- Positive written skills in English and Hindi or Hinglish

- Genuinely interested in finance, investing, or the creator economy

Nice to have

- Experience working directly with a creator

- Experience with YouTube long-form production or thumbnails

- Understanding of what makes a strong hook, title, or thumbnail

Details

- Location: Near Camp, Pune (onsite, full-time)

- Working days: [Mon to Fri] (10am to 7pm ) with occasional weekend shoots when needed.

- Joining: Immediate

- Compensation: According to market standards depending on the candidate.

- Probation: 1 month
