Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced OTC skilled with strong expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Order-to-Cash processes. The candidate should have hands-on experience managing customer accounts, billing, collections, cash application, reconciliations, and resolving payment discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) operations.
- Handle Accounts Receivable, invoicing, collections, and cash application.
- Perform customer account reconciliations and resolve billing disputes.
- Monitor outstanding payments and overdue invoices.
- Manage accounts receivable reporting and month-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers to resolve payment issues.
- Identify process improvements to improve collection efficiency.
