We are seeking an experienced Head of Accounts and Finance to lead our financial department and drive the financial strategy of the organization. The ideal candidate will have 12-15 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a proven track record of managing financial operations and leading teams.

Responsibilities

- Oversee all financial operations and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organization's goals.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage budgeting processes and forecasting to optimize financial performance.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.




- Coordinate with external auditors and manage the audit process effectively.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial data and support decision-making processes.

Skills and Qualifications

- CA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification in finance or accounting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Solid leadership and team management skills.
